Battery can't start mobile:

Auto power off while dailing:

Ans: For better battery performance please don't let the battery power go below 15%.

Auto power off while standby:

Does the handset turn off automatically when in standby mode?

Auto power off while charging:

No incoming calls:

Is incoming call barred?

Auto call drop:

Does the call drop in between the conversations?

Ans: Make sure the area is under the coverage of 3G network and SIM 1 is in default for video call.

Receiver cannot see ths caller properly:

Low sound at receiver's end (outgoing):

Is the sound at receiver end very low?

No sound at caller's end (incoming):

Is the incoming sound low?
Ans: Kindly press the volume up button to adjust the volume.

Can't send SMS and MMS:

SMS can't be send.
Ans: Check whether message center number is properly set according to you operator.

Showing error while sending SMS and MMS:

Is error being showed while sending SMS or MMS?
Ans: Kindly check whether the message center number of your operator is correctly set.

SMS and MMS can't be saved:

Message can't be saved.
Ans: Please check whether message storage is full.

Can't make any outgoing call:

Is outgoing call barred?
Ans: Kindly restart or reset the phone & check.

Is the network signal bar showing full strength?
Ans: If not, kindly replace the SIM card.

Network, Signal, SIM Card Related Issues

No signal:

Is the network bar missing?
Ans: Kindly check whether the SIM card has been inserted properly.

SIM is identified but no service is being showed.

Technical FAQs

How to Add and Remove an account in Android?

Main Menu → Settings → Account → Add Account - a/b

  • To add an Account: Add Credential to add account
  • To remove an Account: Select account that you need to remove → Option → Remove account

How to Factory Reset an Android Phone?

Main Menu → Settings → System → Reset Factory Default Settings. From there, Select Erase Phone Memory or Memory card for best result.

Note: Reset Factory default will remove all user data; do take a backup of your data in PC or on Gmail.

In what scenario does the user have to factory Reset his Android phone?

Please follow the following steps.

  • Plug in your USB cable and connect it to PC.
  • From Main Menu in Phone → Settings → Wireless & Network → More → Tethering & Portable Hotspot → Select Portable Hotspot. Let it install all the driver first and after that you will be connected to Internet automatically.

How to connect your Device As a USB Mass Storage?

Please follow the following steps.
